January Ministry update

 Hello Friends!

I hope you all are doing well and that you had an amazing holiday season! Somehow this year has flown by and it’s 2026! I might not believe December even passed if it wasn’t for this blog! As we’re walking into the new year I want to take a moment to reflect on all God has done this year! 2025 had some awesome God deals and I can’t wait to see what he has planned for this year! December is a shorter month because of our holiday break… but lets reflect on a few of the things we did prior to all the holiday festivities!

Christmas TNF

For the past few years we have done a Christmas devotional in place of our last Thursday night fellowship. This year we reflected on certain scriptures that help us center in on the magnitude that the birth of Christ held. Gods people heard from him after over 400 years of silence through the cries of a baby. Pretty amazing if you ask me! It was sweet to get to fellowship and worship with our students one more time before the end of the semester! 






Christmas party

Every winter we host our annual Christmas party and this year we kept the theme “Christmas at the Oscar’s”. It was such an awesome night and we had the amazing help of my home church Bridgeway! They cheerfully served our students and our staff team the entire night and helped make the event so special! Huge shoutout to them! 









Room Makeover

A bunch of our students came over to help me redo my room! Since a lot of our students stayed in town past finals we have more opportunities to have more relaxed time! The girls came over and we organized, hung a collage wall and even put boxes to donate! I hope that they see how sweet it is to do life with others!

I am so thankful for the partnership I have with each of you! This past year of ministry would not be possible without you and your faithfulness to God. My sweet friend Ronnie often says “you can’t out give God” and he is so right!  Thank you for being part of this!

 Hello Friends! Welcome to the first month of ministry post apprenticeship! I am still in awe of all the work God accomplished this past year! As summer ministry has taken effect I have had time to slow down and really take it all in. I truly love what I do and I am so thankful to be staying in Arlington for another year! June has been such a joyful month and I am excited to share what has been happening! Bridgeway Youth Camp! I had the awesome opportunity to attend Student life camp with Bridgeway as one of the camp leaders this year! It was an amazing week and wow did God move in so many lives. May Update

 Hello Friends! April has truly been such a sweet month of ministry at UTA! The end of the year has approached and our students has their first finals starting April 30th! I am really in awe of the Lords goodness this past year. He is benevolent, kind and full of love and grace! It has been so encouraging to see how he has changed the lives of so many this school year and it only makes me more eager for what he will do next year at UTA and TCC!  With that there was a lot that happened as we are ending the 2024-2025 school year with our ministry... so let's recap! First I want to take a moment to share about our staff! I have had the honor to serve UTA alongside these amazing people! They have invested years into the ministry here and I really love working with them!  Hello Friends Wow! What a school year it has been! God has been nothing but faithful and fruitful! I have been spending a lot of time reflecting with God about this past year and there really aren't words to encapsulate how much gratitude I feel for all that he has done.  I want to extend a deep appreciation for those of you who are reading this. You each have made this year possible through prayer, financial and loving support! One of the best parts of ministry is that we get to do it with each other. I am so thankful for those who have helped send me to Arlington. Not only do I love what I do, but I love who I get to do it for. God.
