February Ministry Update

 Hello Friends!

I hope this blog finds you well! While February brings a slower pace, January is a sprint, so we have some ground to cover! 

Staff Retreat

We as a staff got to retreat together at the beginning of this month. We had Ronnie, a dear friend, come and speak over his book Seeing God, Seeing You, where he walked us through when we see God right, we can see ourselves and others through his eyes.






Winter Retreat

Winter retreat is easily our biggest event that we as a collective ministry put on. We had over 800 people attend! We also had the pleasure of having our guest speaker, Marty Solomon come and share about Genesis, specifically the story’s of Abraham, Issac, Jacob and Joseph. I am blown away by the amount of knowledge he shared, and am more excited than ever about the Old Testament!



Spring Welcome Week!

The semester has started for the spring and we wanted not only to welcome previously enrolled UTA students, but also new transfer students. We passed out hot chocolate, stress balls and stickers at one set up location, and at the other we had a giant white board where we asked students a deeper question and they got to write down their answers. This led to us meeting quite a few students and a few of them I have since gotten time with!




Corefa Class

We got to host a time for our student leaders before the semester began. We did some worship, team bonding, case studies and some leadership axiom teachings! It was our first time of our team getting to be together for the semester and after the Christmas and it was so sweet to be back together!

I hope you get to see some of the fruit of all that God is doing across all of our campuses! Thank you not only for being a part of it, but also being a catalyst for our mission actually happening! I am so thankful for each of you!

 Hello Friends! Welcome to the first month of ministry post apprenticeship! I am still in awe of all the work God accomplished this past year! As summer ministry has taken effect I have had time to slow down and really take it all in. I truly love what I do and I am so thankful to be staying in Arlington for another year! June has been such a joyful month and I am excited to share what has been happening! Bridgeway Youth Camp! I had the awesome opportunity to attend Student life camp with Bridgeway as one of the camp leaders this year! It was an amazing week and wow did God move in so many lives. Before moving to Arlington I used to co-lead a small group for our youth group, so it was so fun to get to spend a week with those girls! May Update

 Hello Friends! April has truly been such a sweet month of ministry at UTA! The end of the year has approached and our students has their first finals starting April 30th! I am really in awe of the Lords goodness this past year. He is benevolent, kind and full of love and grace! It has been so encouraging to see how he has changed the lives of so many this school year and it only makes me more eager for what he will do next year at UTA and TCC!  With that there was a lot that happened as we are ending the 2024-2025 school year with our ministry... so let's recap! First I want to take a moment to share about our staff! I have had the honor to serve UTA alongside these amazing people! They have invested years into the ministry here and I really love working with them!  Hello Friends Wow! What a school year it has been! God has been nothing but faithful and fruitful! I have been spending a lot of time reflecting with God about this past year and there really aren't words to encapsulate how much gratitude I feel for all that he has done.  I want to extend a deep appreciation for those of you who are reading this. You each have made this year possible through prayer, financial and loving support! One of the best parts of ministry is that we get to do it with each other. I am so thankful for those who have helped send me to Arlington. Not only do I love what I do, but I love who I get to do it for. God.
